Dealing with Nicole was like a breath of fresh air. An absolute pleasure. Nothing was too much. Nicole goes way beyond one’s expectations. She is thorough, precise, incredibly efficient and does not waste your time. She tries her utmost to ensure that her customers requirements are met and understood. The first moment I met Nicole, I knew she was the right agent I was waiting for. Throughout the process she was always available, gave her best and always put my questions and needs first. I will always recommend her as conscientious, honest and sincere.
Nicole is talented, confident and communicates well. She sold me a home and the registration took place within record time. May she be blessed with selling many more homes
I really loved working with Nicole. She's kind, and she really fought for us. There were other people with another agent wanting to get the house but Nicole made sure that we get it. And she was keeping us updated with everything regarding the house Even after we moved in, whenever we have questions and go back to her, she's always ready to help. I would recommend Nicole anytime. ⚘️⚘️⚘️
We had a truly great experience working with Nicole. From start to finish, we were consistently informed and supported regarding any questions that arose. Nicole went above and beyond to assist both us and the seller, making the entire process seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Nicole to anyone looking to sell their property.
Nicole was really great from start to finish. Very organized and always willing to help and go the extra mile. Would definitely recommend her to other people.
Nicole has a strong focus on her clients. Her confidence, competence, passion and market proficiency really shine through. She sold us our dream home which registered in less than 3 months from the day we viewed and signed. We pray that she would be blessed with more opportunities to assist individuals with their real estate needs.
We are tenants vacating a rental property. Our landlady decided to appoint multiple agents which was a pain with multiple pushy of rude agents demanding visits at short notice. Nicole was exemplary, polite and courteous. If I was a landlord looking to rent out or a prospective tenant she was perfect in her conduct and charming.
Dear Nicole, You are absolutely amazing at what you do! I have been in the market for 18months and had to deal with many estate agents. You have surpassed my wildest expectations! You connect so well with people. You exude passion for your job and industry. You have made my first buyer experience seamless, professional, and informative. You were always available and answered all my queries. Thank you for your incredible service, and your patience with me. Thank you for accommodating my multiple viewings, and even ensuring the fitment of the light fixture when the ceiling was replaced. I could not have prayed for a better estate agent. You put all the other estate agents to shame. YOU are the new benchmark! You will be incredibly successful in life and your job! THANK YOU NICOLE!!
Nicole is one of the most professional agents I have ever worked with. Her ability to understand the "human factor" in a transaction is incredible! She navigated hurdles we had with absolute class and kept us updated throughout the whole process. I will never use another agent again. Nicole is my go to. Thanks Nicole, you are fantastic at what you do!

Nicole is baie hands-on. My eerste eiendom wat ek verkoop, sy het al my vrae beantwoord en mooi verduidelik. Sy volg op en gaan uit haar pad vir haar kliente. Sal haar enige tyd aanbeveel en beslis in die toekoms weer gebruik.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to my estate agent Nicole, who went above and beyond in helping me to try and sell my mother's home. Throughout the process she demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism, expertise and dedication that made all the difference in trying to find and secure the perfect buyer.
